Oz Consulting Founded in 2003 in order to assist companies to improve their business performance and results.
We offer a range of services and products in the fields of strategy, organizational development, executive coaching and skills training from the executive level through to the junior employees and / or salespeople at the points of sale.

Founder & CEO
A management and organizational consultant accompanies organizations in developmental changes, change management and services procedures and methodologies.
Advises senior executives in Israel and around the world. A lawyer by profession, holds an MBA, cum laude, from the Herzlia Interdisciplinary Center, and an LLB from Tel-Aviv University. Held various senior positions in large corporations, with a focus on human resources and marketing.
University lecturer and member of the steering committee of the Israel Air Force Leadership Academy and a certified organizational consultant of the Volkswagen group.
